- 1. Start your transfer
Open the patient portal and request a transfer, or call us at (507) 289-3901.
- 2. We handle the rest
We contact your current pharmacy and move your prescriptions over.
- 3. Pick up or get delivery
We'll let you know when your medications are ready.
